Course
The course is a one day event and TheNuggetpoker.co.uk will provide food and refreshments as detailed in each itinerary. TheNuggetpoker.co.uk are not liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred. Any hotel and travel expenses will be the responsibility of each student. Any accommodation provided by the Hilton hotel is a separate contract between the student and the Hilton Hotel for which the nuggetpoker.co.uk will accept no liability.
Itinerary
The nuggetpoker.co.uk reserve the right to vary the itinerary at any time , without notice. This may be announced or unannounced.
Instructors
Thenuggetpoker.co.uk reserve the right to change any named instructors at any time without notice. This may be announced or unannounced.
Results
The nuggetpoker.co.uk do not guarantee or indemnify that any student will achieve significant earnings or winnings as a result of the course. Each student will receive expert tuition in both classroom style and in group situations. The application of the classroom content will be a matter for each individual student and TheNuggetpoker.co.uk will accept no liability whatsoever any results based on the tuition the student receives.

Cancellation Policy & Refunds
When payment is received, Students have accepted our no refunds cancellation policy and accept that no refunds will be payable in any circumstances.
Rescheduling Policy
In certain circumstances where the student cant make the original class, Students may reschedule with no fee if they reschedule outside of one week (7 full days) before the start date of the original class they are registered for. If a student reschedules a class within one week (7 full days) prior to the start date of their original class there is a £50 rescheduling fee. Any further reschedules in or outside of the one week (7 full days) will result in a £50 reschedule fee.
